We are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for our client based in Ashford, they are looking for an Admin Coordinator to join their small and friendly team. This is a great role that offers lots of variety - No one day will be the same!
As Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating works and providing support to customers, as well as offering overall admin support to the department.
Duties include:
1. Coordinating Service Engineers and contacting customers to book work and plan for engineers
2. Raising PO's and Invoicing
3. Ordering and managing 3rd party parts for the business
4. Closing engineers' daily jobs
5. Managing On-call out of hours rota's
6. Quoting remedial works
7. Chasing spare parts orders
8. Approving supplier invoices
9. Managing warehouse inventory and audits
10. General telephone answering from internal and external calls
11. Booking in goods through the system
12. Distributing goods for engineers
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
