Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated New Homes team based in East Horsley.
Supporting a network of 20 offices, this exciting role involves working with leading developers such as Berkeley Homes and Bellway to fully manage the sales of new-build properties across a variety of sites.
This role is ideal for experienced negotiators looking to transition into new homes or those with a background in residential property sales eager to expand their skill set. With comprehensive training and support, you'll gain the expertise needed to succeed in the new homes sector while working closely with a well-resourced marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays required for key launch events (with a day off in lieu).
