We are looking for an experienced Painter or Carpenter, who is highly motivated, and detail-oriented to join our team! This individual performs a variety of maintenance trade functions such as wall repair (Stucco, textured), painting, and furniture repair. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:
* Performs general maintenance of building, facility, and soft goods.
* Performs finish repairs and touch-ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space.
* Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
* Makes repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc.
* Participates in the hotel/resort's preventive maintenance program.
* Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures.
* Maintains logs on completed tasks. Prepares reports as requested by supervisors and submits in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
* Experience working as a painter or carpenter.
* Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
* Engaging and welcoming personality with good communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
* Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
* Ability to climb up and down ladders.
* Ability to differentiate color differences/variations.
* Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout the duration of the shift.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* This is a Monday-Friday Full-Time position.
