PPS Commercials Ltd are one of the UKs leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a full time Administrator to join our busy Aftercare team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scheduling periodic maintenance, servicing and LOLER inspections. Managing the receipt and dispatch of Inspection documentation. Updating information on our customer fleet management portals. Liaising with our customers and updating on ETAs Logging essential details onto in-house systems Assisting with the day-to-day administration within the Aftersales department (emails, filing, scanning etc.) Person Specification: Competent in the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
