Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
* Coordinate and manage the company's fleet operations
* Ensure all fleet vehicles are in excellent operating condition
* Communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Handle fleet-related paperwork and documentation
* Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency
* Monitor and report on fleet performance and costs
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fleet Coordinator should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in a related field
* Experience in fleet management or similar role
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good understanding of fleet operations and maintenance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
