The Role: We are seeking a qualified Science Teacher (QTS required) who can inspire and motivate students with a creative and adaptable approach to teaching. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that help students build confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the national curriculum Provide tailored support to students in 1:1 and small group settings Adapt teaching methods to support students with behavioural and emotional needs Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment Help students develop a pathway back into mainstream education or further learning opportunities What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Previous experience teaching Science at secondary level A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies Experience working with students with additional needs (desirable) A patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching style What’s on Offer?
