Qualification required for this role: Chartered + 5yrs minimum

Your Purpose
* Lead a team in technical design following relevant standards and high-quality benchmarks.
* Prepare briefs, scope of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and programmes.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
What you can bring
* Chartered Civil Engineer.
* Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Knowledge of gates, sluices, and hydraulic structures for dams, reservoirs, and flood control.
* Familiarity with UK design standards, construction logistics, and accessibility considerations.
* Proficiency in digital analysis packages, following local and national guidance.
