Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Commercial Coffee Equipment Location: Ealing or Wembley Package £33,000 pa plus overtime and travel rate, Company vehicle, Ongoing training and development opportunities, Pension scheme, Healthcare benefits About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of our commercial coffee equipment. You will also provide operator training and manage spare parts inventory. Key Responsibilities: · Install, commission, and set up commercial coffee equipment · Perform preventative maintenance services · Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns · Provide operator training on equipment operation and cleaning · Manage spare parts inventory in your service vehicle · Complete detailed service reports, including photos as necessary · Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE · Work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota · Take ownership of personal and professional development · Contribute to the company's vision and goals Requirements: · Strong technical knowledge and understanding of technical processes · Good organizational and problem-solving skills · Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential) · Coffee knowledge (desired but not essential) · Professional demeaner and a positive attitude · Flexibility to work flexible hours and weekends · Initiative, motivation, and a customer-focused approach · Excellent communication skills · Valid driver's license If you are a skilled Field Service Engineer with a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
