As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success, we are looking to appoint a part-time Operations Assistant.
In this role, you will assist in providing an effective retail support operation.
What are we looking for?
In order to succeed in this role, you’ll be expected to:
1. Ensure adherence to current Company policies and procedures.
2. Ensure complete accuracy of Company documentation.
3. Ensure the accurate reconciliation and banking of all store revenues.
4. Conduct Trading Standards compliance checks.
5. Utilize the store e-mail system.
6. Produce Point of Sale/price indicators.
7. Book incoming/outgoing stock.
8. Process damaged (demics) stock.
9. Issue and input stock inventory counts.
10. Issue and input inter-store transfers.
11. Ensure store compliance with Company deadlines.
12. Process customer orders.
13. Conduct new starter induction.
14. Perform new starter reference checks.
15. Manage payroll procedures.
16. Adhere to cash office procedures.
