Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting our clients, a leading UK Manufacturer of Carpet and Flooring Accessories (Stair Nosings being amongst a comprehensive Catalogue of Quality Products) in their search for a Sales Representative to help manage an area to the South of the M25 (Sussex East and West, Kent and Surrey) and Develop Business with new and existing customers. Based from home, generating sales with new and existing customers whilst also handling customer relationship management of all accounts within allocated geographical area by displaying effective behaviours which represent shared company values. Specific Duties and Customer Types to be called upon: Distributors – build relationships to develop, sustain & grow the business. Contractors – Add new and develop existing. Architects and Specifiers – Specification Sales to A&D Sector to Pull Products Through at design. End-users – work with these when and where necessary. Key Accounts – devise Key Account Plans for each of the above three, to develop & grow the business Projects - Maximise the potential of sales leads from the Lead & Projects Manager & Distributors Team player working with other members of the sales team / QPSL functions on a day-to-day basis to help create a culture of commitment, innovation and mutual support. Use effective sales planning techniques (Quarterly Activity Plan, Key Account Planning, Weekly Activity Reports, Projects etc…) to establish and maintain high standards of performance. Additional Duties: Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the development of the Flooring customer base and extension of our clients brand.
