Everything we do represents genuine value for money. Your role Join our dynamic team as a key coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in the smooth operation of our product shoots. This multifaceted role involves managing the pagination process for both clothing and non-clothing, overseeing the logistical flow of all shoot samples, and proactively ensuring the efficient scheduling and preparation for multiple weekly shoots. You'll also take ownership of sample chasing and repro checks, all while fostering strong communication and collaborative relationships with our wider product teams. Key responsibilities will also include: Pagination for clothing and non-clothing. Coordination and unpacking of all shoot cases - sorting and sending items to the photo studio or back to the team. Proactively managing the scheduled shoots, being prepared for typically 2-3 shoots per week, ensuring organisation and efficiency. Demonstrating initiative by coming in and knowing what needs to be done. Chasing samples as required for styling days, photoshoots and repro. Managing all repro checks, which are to be completed on time by product teams. Maintaining good communication skills to effectively liaise with the wider team, including Buyers Trainee and Assistant Buyer.
