Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials.
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, helping students build confidence and independence.
* Help with any personal care or physical support needs as required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young learners.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Ideally, a relevant qualification in supporting children with SEN (though not essential).
