The Role
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract ending 31st December 2026. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, typically requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, gather business requirements, and implement meaningful change. You will lead workshops, map processes, and guide digital and business transformation projects to enhance our services.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement, preferably in a digital or IT environment
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops
* Skills in mapping complex processes, identifying efficiencies, and leading change
* Collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills
* Desirable: BCS or IIBA business analysis certifications (or relevant modules in progress)
