Responsibilities:
· Follow-up any site incidents at work or occupational diseases upon occurrence.
· Assist site management with the initial investigation of all site incidents and prepare suitable investigation reports using standard company forms.
· Prepare remedial reports as a result of any incidents in the site.
· Identify and analyze hazards and contribute to the identification and evaluation of risk reduction measures, ensuring that these are adequately documented and managed.
· Provide trainings to all employees based on the risk analysis made, and to keep records.
· Prepare Health and Safety observation reports and submit it to Site HSE Manager.
· Work closely with managers to complete corrective actions, carry out improvements and audit results.
· Involve and monitor daily task briefings.
· Monitor the compliance to site specific work permits.
· Work closely with colleagues at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
· HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent.
· Having CSCS card.
· Proven experience with all current Health and Safety legislation.
· Stakeholder management and excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
· Holding valid first aid certificate will be preferable.
· Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
