Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact? Leeds Stop Smoking Service is seeking a Team Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our vital services across Leeds.
The Leeds Stop Smoking Service provides smoking cessation advice to the residents of Leeds. As an Administrator you will be part of a team with an initial focus on supporting clients who have (or are at risk of developing) long-term conditions and common mental illnesses.
You will work as part of the wider team providing high quality administrative support to the Leeds Stop Smoking Service, including system administration, data collection and reporting. Acting as the first point of contact, you will deal with general enquiries to the service and will process GP and non-GP referrals, allocating to the relevant Stop Smoking Service Advisor.

If you have…
• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively and meat deadlines.
• Previous experience of working in administration role; experience of office systems and file management.
• The ability to compile and maintain detailed statistical information and monitoring systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills including listening and display empathy.
• Experience of working with confidential information when discretion is required
