The Job Role:
We are passionately representing our brilliant client located in Chapeltown as they add further headcount into their Administration team. This is a fantastic Administrative role, working for a thriving organisation that truly cares about their people and the service they deliver to their clients. The successful candidate will be joining a professional organisation that is growing and going from strength-to-strength - it's a really exciting time to join the team!
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Customer Support team to provide them with quality administrative support. This role will also involve some customer service duties, so we would love to hear from candidates that are confident communicators who can build relationships with clients.
Main responsibilities for this role will include the following:
1. Providing administrative support to the customer service team
2. Assisting with the implementation of new clients including adding client details onto the CRM system
3. Managing multiple inboxes
4. Assisting with applying for funding and preparing the relevant documentation
5. Updating clients with their login information and handling any login queries
6. Obtaining lead times from suppliers via telephone and email to ensure clients are constantly kept in the loop with updates on their orders
7. Providing support to the customer service team processing customer orders
8. Arranging delivery of client orders
9. Preparing reports
10. Assisting with the preparation of contractual documentation
11. Ensuring department data is kept up to date - updating spreadsheets each week
12. General administrative duties on behalf of the customer service and sales teams

2. Experience working in a professional working environment
3. Exceptional organisational skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure
5. Confidence liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues via telephone and email
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
7. Ability to work well with the wider team as well as manage own workload
8. A full driving license is preferred but not essential
