Additionally, we support individuals who are admitted to Secure Services and work with inpatient clinical teams to reduce length of stay. The team also works alongside secondary mental health and learning disability services, offering comprehensive risk assessment, shared care and CPA management responsibilities across the Tees, Esk and Wear Valley's NHS Foundation Trust area. Working within a multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for promoting recovery based principles, completing risk assessments, planning specialist interventions and leading nursing interventions.
