We're looking for a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical and lead the team on a project at HMP Elmley in Kent.
This is an excellent project in the custodial sector where we are working closely with the Kier Construction team to oversee the MEP delivery.
Location: Isle of Sheppey, Kent.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Manager (MEP) you will sit within Kier Group's M&E business which is our self delivery M&E team who work closely with Kier Construction.
The Senior Project Manager (MEP) will be accountable for:
1. Managing project delivery from initial bid stage to completion.
2. Meeting company objectives post-contract.
3. Input into pre-contract requirements focusing on customer care and business excellence.
Further key responsibilities will include:
1. Identify and manage project risks with effective mitigation measures.
2. Manage procurement and delivery of subcontractor and supplier packages.
3. Ensure compliance with project quality management procedures by the supply chain.
4. Oversee the MEP delivery team including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.
What are we looking for?
1. Previous Project Management experience within the Construction industry on projects over £10m MEP value.
2. A sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems.
3. Commercially and Contractually aware.
4. The ability to lead a team and drive a project forward.
