HR Administrator duties include but are not limited to:
Establish close working relationships with managers and HR colleagues within the division
Ensures the accuracy, confidentiality and security of personal files and employment records in accordance with Group policy, best practice and current legislation.
Co-ordinates, facilitates and participates in local employee issues including interviews, investigations and hearings ensuring processes and procedures comply with Aspris policies and employment legislation and good HR practice.
Support with managing site recruitment
Support with general HR administration
Ensure the effective operation of administrative processes and procedures, recognising the importance of particular enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation, seeking further guidance from as required
Respond to general telephone and email enquiries
The successful candidate will be able to adapt to company systems and have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
