You are responsible for working alongside the POS Lead, client’s Marcomms and VM teams taking POS channel requirements and translating to store briefing documents. You will be the lead contact for store communication ensuring that clear operational information is provided and that stores have all required documentation to lead to successful launches. With production knowledge, you will be a support to the Print production team as well as the wider ITG team. Key Responsibilities: A partnership approach to working with the client; you must be able to manage expectations - don’t be afraid to challenge constructively. Build positive and professional working relationships with your colleagues and internal customers and stores. Being a conduit of clear information in your store guides, ensuring that thought is given to both placement and implementation. Understanding of wider marketing channels including digital, creative and artwork to be able to be able to support the team as required. Additional understanding in other marketing functions advantageous. Create clear reports providing key information on all aspects of POS print production to clients. Build relationships with third-party print suppliers to understand their requirements to brief and provide accurate quotes. Liaise directly with them providing artwork for proof, print pass, pass checks for sign off. Support the QC process of briefs, quotes, key dates, artwork and proofs to make sure 100% accuracy and sign off. Support the Account Director and POS lead in the set-up of Mock Shop ahead of POS meeting for key stakeholder to review each campaigns POS for sign off. Work closely with the creative team to make sure all key deadline dates are met to deliver artwork to print supplier for print production and support store delivery on time for campaign launch.
