Who we are… Biscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the ‘NET-A-PORTER of biscuits’. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner ‘why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’ Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual. Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. In 2023, we hand-iced over 3.0 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world. As well as our eCommerce business, we have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer ‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs for every occasion. Who we’re looking for… An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PR & Partnerships Manager to offer maternity cover on a fixed term contract basis for 1 year, based at the Ministry of Biscuits in SW19. You will play a key role within our marketing team, focusing on maximising our PR coverage and building strategic partnerships with likeminded brands and media partners. More specifically you will: Execute the Biscuiteers PR strategy in line with the marketing plan for both seasonal moments and all year round occasions, and report coverage to the wider business. Work with our PR agency to utilise our wealth of beautiful brand assets to deliver earned media coverage as well as being reactive to incoming media opportunities. Develop the partnership strategy across Brand, Product, Media, License and Wholesale partnerships, in order to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue. Build and strengthen ties outside of London to grow customer penetration by leveraging local initiatives, events and promotional opportunities. Plan and executing external events for media, partners, corporate clients or influencers. Manage the marketing within our shops, including visual merchandising, shop displays and print collateral. You will need… 3 years of experience, ideally in luxury retail. You’ll be results driven and used to working to coverage and partnership KPIs. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. A passion for building external relationships with a strong desire to develop your communications career and a willingness to learn. You are highly organised. Enthusiasm for our Biscuiteers brand.
