About Our Client
A well established organisation based in Burgess Hill seeking a Senior Finance Officer on a temporary basis.
Job Description
As a Senior Finance Officer you will be responsible for:Supporting the finance assistants with transactional duties:
3. Purchase ledger
4. Sales ledger
5. Credit control
6. Analysis and reporting
7. Bank and Ledger reconciliations
8. Processing adjustments and payments
9. Dealing with cash allocations queries
Further duties such as:
10. To raise purchase orders and process invoices for authorisation and payment.
11. To generate sales invoices and monitor until payment is received
12. To assist with projects and adhoc tasks to ensure efficiency within the team
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for this position you will need:
13. To be Immediately available
14. To have the required experience within finance and management
15. To be able to make occasional visits to the office in Burgess Hill
