Account Manager

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 per year (Up to GBP45,000 OTE)

About the Role:
Nter Talent is proud to support our client, a leading multinational company operating across 19 countries on five continents, in their search for an Account Manager to join their team in Crewe. Our client specializes in delivering top-tier business services, with a strong focus on the logistics industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the drivers behind customers wishing to close their accounts by analyzing and exploring current data on various CRM systems, with the intention to deliver reports to the wider business on why customers leave.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continually drive business value and return on the customer’s investment.
2. Guide customers and promote the product/service catalogue while creating longer and stronger contractual relationships.
3. Be the single point of contact and escalation for the customer, directing them quickly and efficiently to additional help resources such as Help & Training within the application, and personally assisting with questions/issues.
4. Increase customer retention and adoption rates by regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track levels of satisfaction.
5. Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk while simultaneously identifying and closing upsell opportunities when applicable.
