My client, located in Weybridge, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rewards & Benefits Specialist to join an overgrowing multinational company.
This is a stand-alone position reporting into the HR Director and is being recruited for on a temp to perm basis.
Duties required but not limited to:
1. Work with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to define and implement a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that aligns with the company's strategy and business goals across multiple territories.
2. Develop relationships with external providers to maintain the online benefits system for company employees while migrating to a new platform.
3. Assist in developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
4. Design fit-for-purpose reward packages for acquired employees in the UK and overseas.
5. Ensure that compensation practices are compliant with current legislation.
6. Deploy effective communication strategies linked to changes, developments, and improvements across the benefits landscape.
7. Lead financial analysis and modeling related to total compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity.
8. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of their rewards offerings.
9. Handle queries from employees, clients, advisers, colleagues, and product providers.
10. Process new joiners to pension schemes.
Essential skills and qualifications:
1. Demonstrable working experience in an international Reward and Benefits environment.
2. Experience of integrating new employees into a benefits-rich platform.
3. Extensive knowledge of HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
4. HR related project management experience.
5. Prior experience in HR practices and the administration and management of employee benefits and claims.
6. Able to work with multiple third parties to build competitive reward offerings.
7. Knowledge of current labour rules and regulations in the UK and beyond.
8. Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits including pensions.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail.
