The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Talent Team to assist in the development and roll out of a first-class talent solution across our global offices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Management of a full cycle recruitment process across a varied portfolio of roles from entry level to senior management;
* Assist with the development of best in class recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience;
* Utilise executive search techniques to pro-actively attract passive candidates;
* Lead offer management process and pre-hire administration;
* Build brand awareness through engagement and partnership with local universities, networking events and through social media interactions to attract top tier talent across business units;
* Build and develop close partnerships with key internal stakeholders to grow understanding of internal brands across all geographies, with a key focus on the UK;
* Take a lead through the onboarding of new employees, with a focus on a best-in-class pre-hire process, company inductions and 30 and 90 day check ins;
* Manage external recruitment providers, being mindful of the budget set as well as ensuring thorough candidate screening;
* Input into social, charitable and cultural initiatives to encourage engagement and a positive team culture;
* Ad hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter with a pro-active and solutions orientated approach. Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience:
* Experience of recruiting top tier candidates across multiple sectors within an executive search firm, inhouse recruiting team or agency;
* Demonstrable experience of partnering with and advising senior business stakeholders;
* Proficient in the use of CV databases, including the LinkedIn Recruiter platform;
* Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence and negotiate;
* Excellent organisational and time management capability;
* A positive, solutions orientated approach to challenges;
* Computer literate;
* Ad hoc travel required across global offices.
