Joshua Robert is working with a well-established client working with several local authorities and housing associations across the UK.
They have an excellent opportunity for an Electrician to join their team on a temporary basis (at least 3 months), across Cumbria.
As an Electrician base in the North Lakes, ensure all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
Duties and key result areas:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out high quality, right first-time maintenance and installation works across responsive, planned, and compliance workstreams.
All aspects of electrical works will be undertaken and a multi-skilled approach to completing the whole job, aligned to recognised standards for compliance and quality.
You will deliver high levels of performance, productivity, cost-effective services aligned to the vision and values and delivered in a customer focussed way.
Testing and inspection, electrical installation and repairs. Delivering high-quality and compliant work. Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes. Working in our properties across the North Lakes, Cumbria.
All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.
Must have:
City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent.
Basic DBS
Driving Licence(company van for business use and commuting). Experience:
Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing and inspection within housing. Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively. Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled). A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
Working Week:
8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday
