Key Responsibilities: Proven track record in Permanent Recruitment placements, preferably within Health & Social Care (other sectors considered). Strong understanding of the permanent recruitment business, with the ability to lead, motivate, and encourage team members. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Adapt to the pace and changing priorities within the business. Make decisions and use initiative. Identify and develop client and candidate relationships. Manage the full 360 recruitment process from interview to offer stage. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Willingness to assist on the temp desk during holiday and sickness cover. What We Offer: 37.5-hour work week with an early finish on Fridays. Competitive salary, dependent on experience and field, plus a generous commission structure.
