Due to the award of several new projects, they are currently strengthening their team with the addition of an experienced Site Manager to work on an ongoing Healthcare project in Liverpool consisting of both new builds and refurbishment of live environments.
As a Site Manager, within the business, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders, managing resources, and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe and productive work environment.
Experience and skills required:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager working for Main Contractors
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
5. Familiarity with construction management software and tools
6. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
7. Proficiency in using Asta Power Project is desirable
