Job Title: Administration Manager Location: London - The City Full time: 37.5 hours per week Permanent: Monday to Friday (hybrid available) Salary: Around £33k depending on experience We’re looking for an Administration Manager to join our Primary Care team based on our clients site in The City. At HCA UK we deliver essential Occupational Health (OH) services to help organisations manage and reduce sickness absence while minimising risks. Delivering over 25, 000 OH appointments annually and with access to a team of experienced occupational health clinicians we provide expert support tailored to the needs of these organisations. As an Admin Manager you'll lead the OH Administration team in all aspects of delivery of the OH Administrative aspects of the contract. Your role will also require you to manage the delivery of the administrative aspects of the contract in accordance with the timescales of the Service Delivery Arrangements of the OH service and ensure that up to date daily statistics are maintained to demonstrate daily administrative activity on each case. This role will be very much working as part of an extremely supportive team. What you’ll do: Ensure cases are processed with agreed service level arrangements and that all queries are dealt with in a timely and medically appropriate manner Manage the OH Admin team’s daily working rota, scheduling of annual leave, and prioritisation across different tasks. Responsibility for recruiting and training new starters within the OH Administration team. Manage all ongoing training for the OH administration team along with a ppraisals and performance management. E nsure that weekly statistical data on new referrals received, referrals returned to HR and initial contact attempts and bookings are maintained and provided to corporate client, clinical OH manager, senior OH and client relationship manager. Act as an initial point of contact for corporate client and their employees in dealing with any queries that they may submit via a shared mailbox with the OH Administrators based at corporate client. A full Job Description is available. What you’ll bring: Previous experience in administration service delivery management in a customer facing role is essential, ideally within a healthcare setting. A proven record of strong leadership and management of change Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate and competent in EXCEL use A calm and positive outlook and a can do attitude. Good problem solving skills. Experienced at multitasking and managing multiple priorities. Experienced at dealing with conflict. Strong time management skills Why HCA UK?
