The Inclusive Education Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of three Alternative Provision Academies: - Reigate Valley College, Wey Valley College and the Fordway Centre.
Reigate Valley College (RVC) is a 5 – 16 Alternative Provision (AP) Academy in Reigate and Redhill, Surrey. Reigate Valley College is a progressive, innovative AP Academy, catering for the needs of students who have difficulty accessing a mainstream curriculum.
All three AP Academies currently have an Outstanding judgement from Ofsted and pride themselves in always being child centred, with all strategic decisions only made if it will in some way benefit the young people of Surrey. Reigate Valley College offers a broad and balanced curriculum providing high quality education for all students.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational, forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of success to lead Reigate Valley College on the next stage of its development. We are looking to appoint a leader who is committed, strategic and passionate who possesses the necessary skills, confidence, drive and determination to lead our dedicated teaching and support staff across all three sites.
