We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, experienced Marketing Executive to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. About the role You will be instrumental in delivering on the marketing strategies for all of our established sites. Success in this role will be through swift and efficient project management, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to build great relationships with the Sales teams, customer operations teams and residents. Manage content across our website and ensure this is up-to-date and as engaging as possible Continually monitor and update listings across property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc) and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the listings Manage the photography of our developments and homes, liaising with photographers, assisting on photoshoots and updating the photo library Work closely with the wider marketing team to create inspiring stories from our communities which can be used across campaigns in print and digital Creation of monthly marketing updates to sales and wider company on recent marketing activities Assist with the implementation of signage strategies, including directional signage, hoarding and site signage to ensure site presentation standards are met and drive customer enquiries Support on marketing events, coordinating the event with team members and ensuring events achieves their objectives Assist with producing sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, floorplans, leaflets ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to throughout all activity Assist with the briefing of print and digital campaigns and marketing materials to deliver on marketing strategies About you You'll be an experienced marketeer with a background gained within a professional services marketing team or agency. You'll have managed multiple projects with differing priorities and stakeholders and you'll be highly creative with an excellent eye for detail.
