About the Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in accelerating top-of-funnel growth and driving leads through the marketing and sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing digital campaigns that generate awareness, engage prospects, and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how. Working closely with the commercial team, you’ll help align marketing activities with sales goals and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute demand generation strategies to boost brand awareness, attract quality leads, and grow the sales pipeline.
* Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital ads, email, webinars, SEO, and content marketing.
* Create lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the funnel and improve conversions.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine buyer personas, messaging, and campaign tactics.
* Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage Hubspot and CRM tools to support lead scoring, tracking, and reporting.
* Lead content strategy for demand generation, including whitepapers, case studies, and educational assets.
* Optimise the website and landing pages to improve lead capture and conversion rates.
* Stay current on marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in B2B scientific or industrial sectors.
* Proven success in creating and delivering high-performing top-of-funnel campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tools).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns and report ROI.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
* Experience aligning closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and handoff.
* Background in scientific, laboratory, or industrial equipment markets is a plus.
