Job Description:
Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at Tadek Ltd.
Role Summary:
To support a new marketing strategy and embed approaches that will maximise business development including a new CRM. You’ll be vital in helping to measure, evaluate, and report on insights and performance to inform marketing and business development activities, as well as supporting the expansion of digital channels and brand and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:
Data and insights:
1. Work with Marketing Manager on developing audience insights, which will inform marketing and business development activities, including collating, analysing, and presenting data and findings.
2. Assist with the development, delivery, and reporting of marketing activities, using insights to help set targets, monitor digital performance, and analyse results.
3. Build expert understanding of CRM system, developing the system and processes so that marketing and business development are effectively managed.
4. Work closely with colleagues to maintain quality, accurate data and records via the CRM, to help manage customer relationships.
5. Support development of required policies and procedures, ensuring data protection and marketing approaches are compliant and consistent.
6. Support development of suitable tools for monitoring and managing digital activity, including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI, feeding insights into reports and presentations.
Digital channels:
1. Manage the company website and social media channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and on brand.
2. Manage customer journey process on CRM, supporting Interim Marketing Manager to deliver successful marketing activity, capturing and managing data effectively, through to conversion and relationship management.
3. Establish approach for search engine optimisation (SEO), identifying opportunities to improve digital content and implementing changes.
4. Maintain a view of trends and channels across the sector, highlighting developments and making recommendations for best approaches to reach target audiences.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent including Maths.
2. 3 A Levels (including English Language)
Skills Required:
1. Experience of using Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
2. Passion for marketing, the industry, and its trends.
Personal Qualities:
1. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and consistency.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to translate complex or detailed information for broader audiences.
3. Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to produce content for a variety of channels.
4. Willingness to learn and develop new areas of work to benefit marketing and business development.
5. Willingness to contribute to Tadek’s values and be a team player.
Future Prospects:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the candidate may be considered for a full-time role within Tadek. This will be subject to their prior performance as well as current vacancies.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:
1. Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
2. Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
3. Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
4. Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
5. Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
6. Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
7. Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
