The purpose of the Corporate Partnerships Officer post is to be part of and support the Fundraising team to provide funding for The Archer Project. The Corporate Partnerships Officer will report to the Head of Fundraising while being part of a team responsible for raising both funds and the profile for The Archer Project. This will provide revenue for our capital rebuild campaign alongside our day-to-day operational funding to support the work of The Archer Project.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Identify and approach corporate accounts, presenting compelling cases for supporting our work for both core costs and our rebuild campaign.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners.
* Reporting against targets for income and engagement.
* Deal with enquiries via telephone, online, and in person and providing excellent customer service.
* Attend networking events and deliver talks and presentations to groups, schools, and businesses, building a strong network of supporters.
* Contribute to team meetings.
* Process donations and be able to maintain full and accurate reports for fundraising audits.
* Maintain the relevant databases to ensure the accurate and efficient management of our donors.
* Keep up to date with relevant training.
* Other tasks as may be required, consistent with the duties and grade of the post.
Key Contractual Terms
* Salary scale: £25,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
* Contract type: Full-time, permanent
* Work pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some out-of-hours flexibility is required.
* Location: Sheffield with a mix of home / office working.
* Holidays: 33 days per annum pro-rata (including public holidays)
* Pension scheme: People’s Pension is our pension provider. We contribute at the statutory rates (9% of salary Employer’s contribution) if you have been auto enrolled (after 3 months in post).

* Probationary period: Appointment subject to 3-month review period, which may be subject to extension
