Technical Business Development Manager - Senior Sales Engineer
Manage and grow £500,000 of accounts with a new business target of £500,000 in 2025.
Negotiable base salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 with an uncapped bonus of £15,000 in Year 1.
25 days holiday, company car or car allowance (£500 pm). Lots of autonomy.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in selling solutions into Manufacturing in the UK. An entrepreneurial and new business development-focused professional with 10 years of selling experience in UK Manufacturing.
We seek a very proactive, new business hunter who wants to take ownership of their role!
SME (Not corporate) mentality required. Hands-on self-starter!
Warwickshire based HQ (SME Group UK Manufacturer with £30 million T/O).
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years selling technical/engineering solutions into UK Manufacturing.
* Contacts and experience in selling to Automotive, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors.
* Field sales new business self-starter experience with a hunter growth mentality.
* Upbeat, can-do personality with drive and strong work ethic.
* A mechanical qualification would be a bonus but is not essential.
* You must be able to discuss target customers, what you know, and who you know.
* Self-motivated, transparent, down-to-earth, and a strong communicator.
* Reporting to the Sales Director.
* Opportunity over the next 3 years to build a team or remain as a senior BDM and senior account manager to create your own path.
Supplying manufacturing with engineered parts and solutions, but open to big cross-sell and up-sell solution mentality.
