Key Responsibilities: Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, Reeds database and networking. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's suitability for specific roles. Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in the coordination of interviews and candidate assessments. Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
