Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a motivated and forward thinking Business Development Manager to join their client on a permanent basis, due to rapid growth. Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager – Effectively communicate and visit existing clients, to review their current needs and services being provided. Upselling, and introducing any new packages / products they may require. Identify new opportunities and contacts, by networking both in the UK and Overseas. A great eye for developing new strategies, specific to the industry, and work with local representatives to implement this. Develop pricing structures. Agree commercial terms with new and existing customers, ensuring they comply with company practices and guidelines. Requirements of the Business Development Manager - A minimum of 10 years experience within the sales industry, including a minimum of 5 years in sales/distribution management. A proven background of medical device sales / business development. Understanding of international business practices. A confident character, and able to implement training to local representatives. Able to travel across the UK and internationally. Benefits of the Business Development Manager role – Monday – Friday Full Time, Permanent. Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 DOE. Annual Bonus scheme.
