This full-time, on-site role is based in either Surrey or Berkshire and offers the chance to play a critical role in driving business performance within a fast-growing, service-focused environment. As a Management Accountant, you'll work closely with finance and operational teams, ensuring robust financial processes while delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance performance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) to deliver high-quality financial reporting and help operational teams interpret financial data effectively. Prepare and process financial information, including invoice management, revenue reconciliation, and general journal postings. Maintain accurate schedules tied to key contractual obligations, such as per cap and commissions. Produce periodic financial review reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting performance insights. Advise on and manage commercial risks and opportunities, contributing to impactful client discussions. Oversee key balance sheet reconciliations and lead invoicing processes to ensure precision and compliance. Collaborate with the FBP to understand and develop forecast assumptions, supporting strategic planning. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in accounting or finance. Currently studying towards or fully qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Strong proficiency in financial systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with meticulous attention to detail. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
