About the Role – Luxury Sales Advisor
We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who really loves selling travel and is happy working in our B2B and B2C channels. You’ll be mainly dealing with international travel agents who contact us through our various distribution channels looking for a really special trip itinerary for their valued clients - usually couples and families. Itineraries usually comprise hotels, transfers, experiences, visits, tickets, tours and whatever else is needed to make the trip truly special. There’s no cold calling involved, only working with leads from customers or travel advisors who approach us with a trip request.
Whether you have prior experience in leisure FIT travel sales - ideally inbound to the UK - or just a great customer focused attitude and communication skills looking for a new challenge, you will have travelled yourself previously and been on trips so will understand what a well planned itinerary looks like.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and wants to be part of a new team building something extraordinary.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Designing personalised, top-tier UK itineraries that meet the individual needs of each enquiry and customer including pricing each itinerary and generating a pdf proposal using our group’s own sales system
* Responding quickly and accurately to clients and travel advisors questions and queries
* Liaising with travel advisors via Google Meet appointments, calls and emails, sometimes after normal office hours due to USA time difference
* Managing the full sales process from start to end, from initial call to payment and beyond
* Building and maintaining strong partnerships with our top-notch UK suppliers
* Working closely with the ops team who will be delivering your bookings
* Liaising with sales advisors in other group DMCs to share knowledge and ideas
* Being meticulous in your attention to detail and accuracy

Who You Are
* Travel obsessed: You've either worked in travel or you've got an insatiable wanderlust and you love the UK
* Customer focused: Whether or not you’ve worked in sales before, you love helping people, building relationships and making clients dreams come true. You’re happy with non traditional working hours as and when required
* Organised: You understand deadlines, know what needs to be done and always deliver to your clients by our deadline, no matter what
* Business-Minded: You are numerical, understand the difference between cost price and sell price and happy to use online tools to get the job done.
Requirements
* Graduate ideally
* Full professional proficiency in English language
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Comfortable in taking part in on-camera Google Meets
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience (advantage if it’s in travel or luxury services)
* Proficient in Google Suite and a digitally fluent
