* Collaboration & Technical Support: Work closely with internal teams (quality, design, project engineering) and suppliers to ensure that manufacturing processes align with the product design intent and meet technical specifications.
* Data-Driven Improvement: Capture, analyse, and use production data to improve current supplier manufacturing capabilities and identify future opportunities for innovation. Ensure processes are scalable and robust, supporting both new product introduction and ongoing cost reduction programs.
* Problem Solving: Lead the investigation and resolution of technical issues within supplier processes. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address non-conformances and ensure root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions are implemented effectively.
