Fleet Sales Manager / Business Development (Automotive) – Hatfield area
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm
Team size to look after is 8 LBDM’s, and assist with Fleet Hub Team of circa 12 people.
Role will hold some accountability to prospect key customers and have own small target, so this isn't just a management role. (player coach required!)
Requirement to be present and visible regularly at the Hatfield Fleet Hub.
Ideally looking for someone that has run a field sales team, or a strong LBDM that is looking for a step into Management.
Full brief as follows:
* Lead the LBDM team to increase our B2B sales across the Volkswagen Group Brands by ensuring relevant sales team KPI’s are achieved; and support, develop and coach where necessary.
* Drive pro-active prospecting to identify all potential customers and maintain effective control of the DMS to maintain regular and professional contact.
* Build and maintain your own portfolio of Key End User accounts in the supply of vehicles.
* Support the LBDM’s in working with the marketing teams to ensure our customer facing offering is up to date and relevant, and marketing campaigns can be generated.
* To manage the enquiry flow and achieve the relevant brand requirements in contact quality and response.
* To ensure sales funnels are sufficient to meet targets.
* Support the Group Fleet Manager and relevant Heads of Business with both financial and registration forecasting.
