KPI Recruiting Ltd has partnered with a growing firm in the Northwest to recruit a Business Development Manager. We are looking for someone with a background in facilities management or electrical contracting, as you will be working with new and existing client to drive business forward. The business has been established over 30 years, and due to their continuous growth and success, this new and exciting opportunity has arisen. You will be working closely with one of the Directors, and your role will be crucial in delivering a sales strategy and enhancing the company brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of potential clients
2. Qualify and follow up on sales leads promptly
3. Identify decision-makers and engage them through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and in-person visits
4. Lead by example, supporting new staff and consultants in generating new business opportunities
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to provide strategic insights
7. Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities
