Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site support and maintenance for our products and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of technical assistance. Responsibilities Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites. Perform regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Provide training and support to customers on the operation of equipment. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site. Travel to various locations as required by service demands. Requirements A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications. Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers. Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. A valid driving licence is required for travel to client locations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
