Our Marketing Growth Associates are future C-Levels, Managing Directors, and Heads of Divisions within our company.
The Marketing Growth Associate program equips highly talented and intensely hard-working future leaders with the know-how to execute, operate, and scale our business. This fast-tracks you to a higher-value add position, to propel us forward and grow quickly together.
About us:
PropTech Connect was established in December 2022. With a core team of four, we hosted Europe’s Largest Real Estate Technology Conference in September 2023. We have also built the fastest growing community of senior industry executives, who we engage with on a daily basis via a number of products and services. The goal is to drive technology adoption in the world’s largest asset class - Real Estate.
Within the next 6 years, we’re on track to host 30,000 executives, investors, and entrepreneurs globally - across 4 continents. We’re blasting ahead right on target to that goal. This will turn us into a real estate global media giant, and we'll be launching new products along the way.
You will be an instrumental part of that journey, developing marketing strategies, enabling new revenue streams, networking with senior executives, hiring hardworking intelligent talent, and working alongside a driven team who has your back and will also rely on you.

Your responsibilities:
Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around:
* Our following on LinkedIn currently grows at 5x the speed of our competitors. You will quickly learn how to master the LinkedIn algorithm and challenge this growth rate.
* Marketing advisory for our sponsors and partners.
* Email newsletter curation and growth. Data analysis, copywriting, and the usage of technology is crucial to succeed in this crucial task.
* Take full responsibility for getting a record-breaking number of signups for our webinars and research reports.
* Video content: lead the development of best-in-class, high-performing video content, and liaise with external videographers on conference content capturing.
* Creating stellar marketing operations that maximise both quality and efficiency.
* To lead our new SEO strategy (previous experience not required - you will learn on the job).
