GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Curriculum Manager to our client based in Wath-upon-Dearne. The Curriculum Manager will take responsibility for developing the curriculum in Animal Management, whilst also providing leadership across Health, Sports and Public Services. They will ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of both learners and employers and work to develop relationships with local employers.
Main Duties of the Curriculum Manager:
1. Lead curriculum development ensuring successful delivery of learning outcomes
2. Lead and manage teams to ensure they help students achieve their full potential
3. Lead on the development of projects in conjunction with local employers and the Local Authority
4. Work with stakeholders within your sector to ensure appropriate work placement opportunities are secured
5. Support the Director of Campus to ensure that the college delivers high-quality education - this will include key targets covering student outcomes, learner experience, quality of the curriculum in conjunction with local employer need and funding income
Role Requirements:
1. Expertise in animal management and hold a level 5 qualification within Animal Management or similar
2. Experience in managing curriculums and teams
3. Experience in delivering curriculums that respond to employment market needs and new technologies
4. Teaching qualification
5. Management qualification
