Our services focus on empowerment, inclusion, and personal growth, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive.\n\nOur Count Me In (CMI) service is a bespoke one-to-one support program tailored to each individual’s needs. We work closely with our members, promoting choice, independence, and personal development through tailored support and meaningful activities.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a CMI Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mild to complex needs, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
