Job Title: 2 nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Witham (full-time onsite)
Industry: Managed Service Provider
Salary: £27,000-30,000 per annum
We have partnered with a growing Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their service desk team.
They are a small team of 4 engineers covering 1 st -3 rd line support to external clients and are looking for someone to sit around their 2 nd line support.
Responsibilities:
* Providing 2 nd line support for a range of issues via phone calls/emails/ticketing systems
* Some onsite support will be required to their end clients (surrounding Essex area)
* Escalate issues to their Senior Support Engineer
* Assist with fault finding and resolving technical issues
* Troubleshooting of hardware/software issues
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Office 365 products and Windows Servers
* Strong understanding of Active Directory
* Basic networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP, LAN/WAN) and VoIP knowledge
* MSP experience (1+ years)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
