We work with you closely to monitor the progression of each pupil by asking you to submit weekly reports, focusing on the highs and lows of the week and what subject areas were focused on. We also ask you to highlight engagement levels to ensure that the sessions are beneficial to the young person.
The students that require support are often SEN pupils with EHCPs, tuition often takes place at home and will be in within the following areas all around Chelmer Village AND around Chelmsford. A strong background in supporting SEN pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex needs would be essential for this role.
