What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Maintenance & Contract Management – Ensure smooth operations by managing maintenance strategies and contractor relationships.
✔ Outage & Overhaul Planning – Take charge of planned outages, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
✔ Technical Leadership – Develop, implement, and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and compliance procedures.
✔ Process & System Improvements – Drive upgrades, modifications, and improvements using Management of Change (MOC) processes.
✔ Project & Budget Management – Oversee projects, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality execution.
✔ Safety & Compliance – Champion SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) initiatives, including audits, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
What You’ll Need:
Strong mechanical expertise in power generation equipment, including turbo expanders, rotating compressors, steam systems, and marine diesel engines.
HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
✅ Knowledge of best practice standards, insurance compliance, and legislative requirements in a highly regulated industry.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
