Can work independently, using personal initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team. Awareness of basic clinical procedures and medical terminology relevant to the role. Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry. Basic proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of patient confidentiality standards, with a professional approach to handling sensitive information, including personal data and medical records. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues, with an empathetic and approachable manner.
